Viney and Faber Winners in Tractor / Truck Pull at MIS

Jason Viney and Cole Faber took home top honors after winning their respective divisions at the tractor pull at Madison International Speedway.
Local favorite Jason Viney of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, won the Super Farm class of the Badger State Tractor Pullers on Saturday night at Madison International Speedway.
Viney, driving an International nicknamed “All Cranked Up”, topped a field of eight pullers with a distance of 307.28 feet. Jay Smithback of Utica, Wisconsin, was second with a pull of 306.67 feet followed by Nick Skaar of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, with a distance of 303.38 feet.
Rounding out the Super Farm pullers were John Kutz of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, Brian Barman of Black Earth, Wisconsin, Jason Molitor of Kent, Illinois, Dan Viney of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, and Al Karls of Dane, Wisconsin.
In the 4×4 Pro Street Diesel Trucks Cole Faber of LaMoille, Illinois. took home top honors with a pull of 298.29 in his Chevrolet known as “The Rumor.” Rounding out the top three of three were Jake Thompson of Plano, Illinois, and James Steindorf of Marshall, Wisconsin.
