Racing Divisions:  Late Models, Dave’s White Rock MISfitz, Roto Rooter 6Shooters, and Upper Midwest Vintage Series all racing double features.

Times:  Pit gates 3:30 / Practice 5:00 / Qualifying 6:00 / Opening Ceremonies 7:20 / Racing 7:30

Prices: Adults $18 / Seniors 62+ and Heroes $15 / Students 12-17 $10 / Kids 6-11 $5 / Five and under Free / Family Pass (Up to two adults and four students / kids) $40

Promotions:  Free gift at the ticket gate for those fans 62 and over

About Friday Night:  All former racers with an RSVP will be admitted free as part of Racers’ Reunion Night.  The late Jim Back will be inducted into the Madison International Speedway Hall of Fame.  When Wisconsin’s Fastest Half-Mile was built in 1969, Back was the first track champion.  He had 14 career wins at Madison in addition to many victories at paved tracks across the upper Midwest.

Back will join Sam Bartus, Dick Trickle, Tom Reffner, Joe Shear, John Ziegler, Fritz Bishofberger, Dave Watson, Conrad Morgan, Rich Bickle Jr., Matt Kenseth, Bob Schmelzer, and Evie Handeland in the Hall of Fame.

Last Week at MIS:  Zack Riddle picked up a clean sweep in the Late Model division and now has six wins this season.  In his career at Madison he now has 39 feature wins in the Late Model division and is second on the all-time list just one win from tying Rick Nelson with 40.  Riddle also has three other wins at Madison (2 in the Madison Late Models and 1 in the Trucks).  The Dave’s White Rock MISfitz featured some of the most exciting racing in series history with Evan Leahy and Dave Edwards picking up the wins.  Josh Morris and Dylan Klinger were winners in the Roto Rooter 6Shooters with Kennedy Krueger sweeping the HSRA events.

Upcoming Events at Madison:

Friday, July 26th:  The legendary Matt Rowe brings the ISS Enduro Series back to Madison for 300 laps of action on the “Ring of Fire.”  Last year it went down to the final lap when Isaac Bray crossed the line first.

Friday, August 2nd:  Union 464 Night featuring Big 8 Late Models, Mid Am Stock Cars, High School Racing Association and big wheel / power wheel / bike races for the kids.  All kids 11 and under admitted free.

Thursday, August 8th:  It’s the August edition of the Morrison’s Auto Parts One on One Street Drags.

Friday, August 9th:  The fourth annual Cheese Curd Cup is back featuring action on the “Ring of Fire” with the Midwest Dash Series, Hobby Stocks, Bandits, 6Shooters, Legends, and Bandoleros.

Friday, August 16th:  Fink’s Paving Season Championship Night featuring Late Models, Dave’s White Rock MISfitz, Roto Rooter 6Shooters, and Finishline Towing High School Racing Association

Friday, August 23rd:  ASA Midwest Tour returns for the running of the Howie Lettow Classic 100 plus the Midwest Truck Series and a spectacular fireworks program.

Thursday, September 12th:  The final on-track event of the season with the September edition of the Morrison’s Auto Parts One on One Street Drags.
