Oregon, WI- The Open Practice for Saturday April 27 at Madison International Speedway is still on as scheduled from 1-4pm with pit gates opening at 12pm noon (updated Fri 4/26 at 6:50pm). Additionally, the ‘Track Clean-Up Day’ from 8am until 2pm is also full speed ahead. If anything were to change both the MIS website and social media channels will be updated.
Current forecasts are calling for a window of dry weather from the early morning hours until later in the afternoon when storms are predicted to redevelop. As a reminder, teams arriving before 10am to help with the clean-up efforts will be given free track time and pit admission for the day. Teams unable to help can still practice but will be subject to the $25 pit admission fee.
