Oregon, WI- Race fans will have to wait one more week for Friday Night racing to return to ‘Wisconsin’s Fastest Half Mile’, as continuous rain, wind and unseasonable cool temperatures have forced the cancellation of Madison International Speedway’s Season Opener originally scheduled for tonight, Friday May 19.
Next Friday night, May 26 will feature the NASCAR Late Models, Dave’s White Rock Sportsman, Midwest Compact Tour and Hobby Stocks during the first Buck Night of the season. All concessions will be just $1 with all beer $2 next Friday night. A make-up date for the Vintage cars may be announced at a later date.
