Majeski Enters ASA STARS Wisconsin Doubleheader

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series racer and Wisconsin short track superstar, Ty Majeski, has filed an entry for both of the ASA STARS National Tour events on Father’s Day Weekend in Wisconsin.

Majeski, the inaugural ASA STARS National Tour champion in 2023, will pilot his familiar #91 Ford in the unique doubleheader in two weeks. The Capital 200 is scheduled for Friday, June 14 at Madison International Speedway and will serve as race #4 of the ASA Stars National Tour. The Father’s Day 100 is set for Sunday, June 16 at the Milwaukee Mile Speedway and will mark the half-way point of the 10-race 2024 championship tour.

Majeski became the first ever ASA STARS National Tour series champion last year, in part by sweeping the three STARS races in Wisconsin – at Madison, Milwaukee, and Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna.

He’s continued his dominance on the Wisconsin short tracks to start the 2024 season, winning the first three ASA Midwest Tour events – at Slinger, Madison, and Jefferson Speedway.

Majeski ran the 2024 ASA STARS National Tour season opening event at New Smyrna (FL) Speedway in February but did not compete in the two STARS events that followed. He and team owner made the decision not to defend their ASA STARS title, citing challenges and conflicts with Ty’s NASCAR Truck Series commitments.

Advance sale discount tickets for the Capital 200 at Madison International Speedway are available via the Ticket Hoss app, while Father’s Day 100 tickets for the Milwaukee Mile can be found at bit.ly/FathersDay100Tix. The Capital 200 at Madison International Speedway is scheduled as a one-day show, with all on track activity June 14. The Milwaukee Mile event will provide for practice and tech inspection for the ASA STARS National Tour on Saturday, June 15; with Go Fas Pole Qualifying and the Father’s Day 100 Sunday Afternoon, June 16.
