Haseleu Crowned 2012 Triple Crown Champion

Nathan Haseleu was officially crowned the 2012 Super Late Model Triple Crown Challenge champion during pre-race ceremonies at today’s Joe Shear Classic.
Presenting him with the trophy and check was MIS Track Owner Terry Kunes. “Nathan is very deserving of this honor and this should have been taken care of correctly last season. But we want to properly recognize such a great racer like Nathan for what he accomplished.”
Haseleu won the first three features in the Triple Crown Challenge Series last year before Travis Sauter went on a five race winning streak. Haseleu competed in every event and picked up the overall point win over Sauter who missed one of the events.
The first event of the 2013 Triple Crown Challenge at MIS will be Sunday, June 16th. Over thirty drivers are pre-entered for this year’s TCC.
