It’s Friday Night Under the Lights at MIS
This week it’s Friday Night Under the Lights at Madison International Speedway presented by WKOW TV Channel 27 in Madison.
Only two shows remain on the weekly racing portion of the 2012 schedule for the Rockweiler Insulation Late Models, Ho Chunk Gaming Madison Sportsman, and Pellitteri Waste Systems Legends.
Dale Nottestad and Zack Riddle are in a tight point race for the Late Model championship while 2011 track champions Robert Hansberry Jr. (Sportsman), and Andy Jones (Legends) are looking to repeat their titles.
The Quest Industrial Turn One Kids’ Club will be hosting Big Wheel races on the track while residents of Green County can receive $3.00 off grandstand admission with proof of residency.
Pit gates open at 3:30 with grandstands at 4:30, practice at 4:45, Happy Hour drink specials from 5:00 – 6:30, qualifying at 6:15 with racing to follow.
