It’s a perfect way to celebrate the end of another school year as Pellitteri Waste Systems presents The Monster Truck Showdown featuring Big Foot and Ghost Monster Trucks at Madison International Speedway. All kids 11 and under are free this week plus One Community Bank is sponsoring a $1000 coin scramble during intermission.
Besides the thrills of the monster trucks, racing action in three divisions will be taking place: Dave’s White Rock MISfitz, Slater Racing Legends, and Midwest Dash Series.

Prices: $18 for Adults / $15 for Seniors 62+ and Heroes / $8 for Students (12-17) / Free for Kids 11 and under /$40 for a Family Ticket which includes admission for up to two adults and four students.

This Week on Track
MISfitz: Three different drivers have won features in the four races so far in 2026. Nick Schneider has two wins while Kenny Storkson and Waylon Robinson have also won. Storkson and Schneider are 1-2 in the points. This will be the 66th race at Madison for this division that began in 2019.
Slater Racing Legends: Lincoln Cain was the winner in May as the Legends are competing for a track championship this year. The top two in points are Cain and Cael Slater. Cain comes into Friday on a four race win streak in the Legends at Madison dating back to 2024. This will be the 96th race at Madison.
Midwest Dash: These high flying four cylinder cars have competed at Madison on both the half-mile and Ring of Fire. This week’s race will be on the “big” track. Kamren Hill and Mark English were the winners in 2025. This will be the 35th race at Madison for this style of car (not all are Midwest Dash events) at Madison since 2007. Kyle Stark has the most wins with five.

We had seven different winners last week with Blake Nottestad and Brent Edmunds (Late Models), Waylon Robinson and Nick Schneider (MISfitz), Christopher Webb and Gracie Flanagan (6Shooters) and Nick Schmidt (Bandits)x2 all taking home checkered flags.

Friday, June 12th: Gas Fest 2026 featuring double features for Late Models, 6Shooters, HSRA, and Vintage Modifieds. Food specials include $2 Chili, $1 Hot Dogs, and $1 Pickled Eggs. It’s also Green County Night with ticket discounts for county residents.
