First Supply Dash Joins Weekly Racing Program at Madison

Madison International Speedway officials are excited to announce that First Supply will be sponsoring a nightly dash for all three weekly divisions that includes a season ending point fund of $4000. First Supply has been a long-time supporter of local racing at Madison.

Each of the three weekly divisions (NASCAR Whelen All-American Late Models, Sportsman, and Bandits) will compete in their own dash event for their top six qualifiers that night. The dashes will be the first races on the nightly racing schedule. A point system separate from the weekly championship points will be maintained (6,5,4,3,2,1,) with the top five drivers by dash points in each division at the end of the season sharing a point fund.

The point fund for the Late Models is $2000 with $1250 for the Sportsman and $750 for the Bandits.

Earlier this year it was announced that the season championship point fund for the three weekly divisions will be more than $15,000 as part of the NASCAR Home Track program and with the addition of the First Supply Dash point fund, drivers will be competing for nearly $20,000 in season ending point money.
