Family Pricing Takes the Checkered Flag at Madison

Once again Madison International Speedway will be offering family-friendly pricing for those wanting to take advantage of big savings in 2017.

Families coming to the speedway to enjoy a night of racing have an opportunity to purchase a special “Family” ticket. This ticket includes admission for two adults and a combination of up to four students (Ages 12-17) or children (Ages 6-11). For most Friday night events a “Family” ticket will cost just $30.00. Special event nights will cost $40.00 with the ARCA Racing Series event in June and the Big Rigs / Big Wings Night in July set for $60.00.

Let’s take a closer look at the savings. On a weekly racing show with $30.00 family pricing you’ll save up to $26.00 on your grandstand admission. Special event night tickets for $40.00 can save you as much as $36.00! Add this savings up over the course of a season and you’ve got yourself a great deal. You won’t find too many sporting venues where families can save money when they come to the ticket window.

“We are a family owned and operated facility. We really want to encourage families to come out to the track for a night of fun,” said Madison co-owner Angie McKarns. “It’s a great place for everyone to come and spend quality time as a family.”

Besides the savings there are also many great opportunities for the kids like the brand new Sue McKarns Playground Area featuring one of the largest play facilities you’ll find at any racetrack. Plus there are special events for the kids including Kids’ Nights on June 9, July 14, and August 11th that include a candy scramble, coin scramble, and big wheel / bike races. Plus there’s the MIS Kids’ Club that offers weekly prize drawings and the opportunity to take a walk around Wisconsin’s Fastest Half-Mile before the races.

“It’s all about fun when people come to the races. The young fans are our future racers and we want them to come out here and have a great time on Friday nights,” added McKarns.

Weekly Friday night racing at Madison begins on May 19th and continues until September 8th. For more information including a detailed schedule visit our website at misracing.com.
