Oregon, WI- Eighteen NASCAR Late Models have so far indicated their intensions of competing in this Friday night’s NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Season Opener at Madison International Speedway. Double features await all four divisions on May 13 including a pair of 30 lap Late Model features paying $1,000 to win each courtesy of Powersource Racing Engines. Joining the Late Model field will be the Dave’s White Rock MISfitz, Pellitteri Waste Systems Bandits and Roto Rooter 6shooters. Track Champions from Madison, Jefferson, Dells, Rockford and Elko will be amongst the Late Model competitors taking on ‘Wisconsin’s Fastest Half Mile’.
Spectator Gates open at 6pm with qualifying at 6:15pm and racing begins at 7:30pm. Madison International Speedway is located at 1122 Sunrise Rd, between Oregon and Stoughton just south of Highway 138. For additional information including a complete 2022 schedule please visit www.misracing.com.
