Oregon, WI- MIS track owners Angie and Gregg McKarns have been granted permission to host double features for the next four NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series events at Madison International Speedway. Starting this Friday night May 27, double features are on the card for all NASCAR divisions. Here is how the new schedule is shaping up to take us through the Independence Holiday break.
Friday May 27- NASCAR Late Models, MISfitz, Bandits and 6shooters, Double Features for All
Friday June 3- Remains as scheduled, Modifieds, Legends, Bandoleros and High School Racing full event with preliminary events and single features for All
Friday June 10- NASCAR Late Models, MISfitz, Bandits and 6shooters, Double Features for All
Friday June 17- NASCAR Late Models, MISfitz, Bandits and High School Racing, Double Features for All
Friday June 24- USAC Silver Crown Bytec Dairyland 100, Midwest Dash plus Double Features for NASCAR Late Models
Standard Weekly Schedule
Pit Gates Open at 3:30
Practice Begins 5pm
Spectator Gates Open 6pm
Qualifying Begins 6:15pm
R.A. Heating and Air Conditioning Dashes 7:30pm
NASCAR Memberships: Only required for Late Models, MISfitz and Bandits, single and 15-day licenses are available at the pit shack.
Payout: 70% of posted purse per feature or 140% nightly, paid each race night at completion of event. Each NASCAR Late Model feature will pay $1,000 to win thanks to Powersource Racing Engines, Trace My Space, Visit Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway, Scorzit Scorekeepers, Wehrs Machine, Race Promotion Monthly and Ultra Force Load Machines.
