The Bandits return to the Ring of Fire for their first of two appearances this season. Nick Schmidt won last year’s race and is tied with Chester Ace for the most feature wins in the division with 24. This will be the 168th Bandit race on the quarter-mile dating back to 2006.
May 17 Results
Zack Riddle won both Late Model 30 lap features on opening night of weekly racing. Micheal Bilderback and Jesse Bernhagen finished second and third in both feaures. Dan Snyder doubled up by winning the twin 20 lap features for the Dave’s White Rock MISfitz and also set fast time. Josh Morris and Dylan Klinger each picked up a checkered flag in the 18 lap features for the Roto Rooter 6Shooters. Karter Stark picked up two wins in the Midwest Dash Series.
Racing on Friday, May 24th was rained out and will not be rescheduled.
