Oregon, WI- All seven features in the Dave’s White Rock MISfitz division at Madison International Speedway have been won by cars out of the Big Rig Repair Racing garage thus far in 2025. Longtime division supporter Rick Coppernoll has posted a $200 bonus for the first driver that can beat one of his Big Rig Racing entries, beginning with this Friday Night’s (July 18, 2025) Double Feature Program at ‘Wisconsin’s Fastest Half Mile’. This bonus is on top of the continued division bonuses posted by Dave’s White Rock Bar and Grill.

The concept of the MISfitz is simple, don’t breakout. A method that has been used in drag racing for decades has now made its way to circle track racing. This week’s time has been established at 20.000 seconds. Drivers are allowed one ‘Mulligan’ per race which allows them to be up to 0.300 seconds below the set time as long as it is not utilized on the final lap. As a reminder, any driver turning the perfect lap (20.000) in qualifying will receive a 30 rack of Busch Light or 24 pack of RC Cola. An array of cars meet the rules for the MISfitz, rules can be found on this link.

$150: Top Finishing Vintage Car

$150: Random Draw of competing driver not awarded any bonus above

These are in addition to the Big Rig Repair $200 Bonus

The MISfitz were created after MIS owner Gregg McKarns observed many teams from various walks of racing spending cubic dollars chasing the front. Those same teams were all basically in the same speed range and McKarns noted that with simple mechanical adjustments those teams can dial their vehicles in to be competitive, at a reasonable investment, all the while having FUN RACING at ‘Wisconsin’s Fastest Half Mile’.
