Andrew Morrissey Enters Joe Shear Classic 200

Former ASA Midwest Tour Champion Andrew Morrissey is entered for the Joe Shear Classic presented by Toyota on Sunday May 4th.

Morrissey is a two time winner of the Joe Shear Classic having won in 2012 and 2017. He’s been very successful at ‘Wisconsin’s Fastest Half Mile’ having won 12 times in the Super Late Models. That record has him inside the Top 20 on the all time wins list at MIS.

Morrissey has won other big events in the Midwest as well. He’s a two time winner of the Oktoberfest 200 having won in 2018 and 2022. Other notable wins include the Icebreaker 100, Thunderstruck 93, Cabin Fever 100 and the Larry Detjens Memorial.

The Joe Shear Classic presented by Toyota is set for Sunday May 4th. Spectator gates open at 10:30am while practice for the Midwest Tour and Midwest Trucks gets underway at 11:30am with qualifying at 12:45pm and the first race at 2pm.
