2014 CHAMPIONSHIP BANQUET

It’s time for another great banquet! We will have lots of door prizes, great food, and lots of fun. We plan to show videos from some of this year’s events.
The doors will open at 5:30 p.m., dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the Awards Presentation will begin at 8:00 p.m.
Dinner will be Stuffed Chicken, salad, roasted potatoes, vegetable medley, dessert, and coffee.
Tickets are $38.00 per person. Banquet tickets must be purchased in advance and you can order by using the attached form. You will receive your ticket at the door.
We must receive your ticket request by November 5, 2014.
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR!
